Unlocking Aphasia Video Course

 "I have been caring for a wonderful, elderly man with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Even though I have experience, talents, and skills for his care, I had hit a wall. Then something wonderful happened. Using the strategies that I have just learned through the Unlocking Aphasia course, I approached my client in a different way and I received a different response from my client. Instead of ‘I’m so sleepy’ (which was a usual response to ‘I don’t know’ or 'it’s too hard to think about') he responded with understanding and smiled at me. Whoo Hoo!"
